Implement full CQRS analytics module with MarketIndex and Valuation entities, commands (TrackEvent, GenerateReport, UpdateMarketIndex), queries (GetMarketReport, GetHeatmap, GetPriceTrend, GetDistrictStats), Prisma repositories, REST endpoints under /api/analytics/*, and frontend dashboard at /analytics.
