- Add Subscription, Plan, UsageRecord domain entities
- Implement Create, Upgrade, Cancel subscription commands
- Add MeterUsage command for quota tracking
- Support 4 plan tiers: Free, Agent Pro, Investor, Enterprise
- Register SubscriptionsModule in AppModule
