Add UseAuthentication and UseAuthorization middleware after UseRouting in 5 microservices

Added app.UseAuthentication() and app.UseAuthorization() after
app.UseRouting() in the middleware pipeline for:
- CatalogService.API
- OrderService.API
- InventoryService.API
- FnbEngine.API
- BookingService.API
