Overview

Ads Billing Service manages all financial aspects of the advertising system:

Prepaid/Postpaid - Supports both payment models
Credit Lines - Automatic credit limit allocation
Threshold Billing - Auto-charge at spending thresholds
Invoice Generation - Automatic VAT invoice generation
